Ruined and forgotten men
Names a long lost curse in deafened air
Severed from all memory
Arrogant to the end, blind to defeat
Gathered proud but broke craven
Crushed in mud, life deserted
Carrion feeders gnaw their broken bones
Trampled! left to ruin
Rotten kingdoms dead and gone
Every bloodline runs dry
Scatters into nameless masses
We curse the echoes of your avarice
We curse your heedless gluttony
Reap the torments of a thousand years
Ashes on your withered tongues
Dead eyes gaze on dark eternal

The first time I heard this band was off their Heir of Ecliptical Romanticism, and I remember the riffs being the highlight of the album. This album is no different. The band just has a fuller sound with better production these days. Many of their tunes here remind me of early Satyricon. The classic heavy metal influences really make those riffs stick in your brain. Bart

Some of the best raw black metal I’ve heard in a while. So many infectious riffs it’s absurd. Easily my favorite release from lamp of Murmuur. HyperboreanFrost
True crime gets a blackened hardcore twist on the UK band's debut album, inspired by an unsolved mystery from 2013. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 23, 2022

Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass).
Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit
